Book an event at Transform1060

Hello! Welcome to Transform1060’s new online booking form! We’ve designed this to make it easier for you to contact us about booking an event. If you’re new, it will hopefully answer some of your questions. If you’re a returning/reoccurring event host, it will help streamline the process so that you get confirmation faster.

Since this is your first time asking for information about booking, you may want to review some resources on our website first.

Our RENTAL INFO page has our rates, and some basic info about our policies and how we book folks.
The HOSTING EXPECTATIONS page has detailed information about what we expect from hosts. You'll be asked to abide by those policies if you book with us.
If those both look okay to you, you can look at our MONTHLY CALENDAR to see what availability looks like.

Next we're gonna ask about you, your event ideas, and possible date if you have one. If you need to come back to this form later, there's a SAVE AS DRAFT button at the bottom of the page that will save the form and send you an email with the link so you can finish it later.

Thank you for supporting Transform1060! If you're seeing this for the first time, you may be used to booking or confirming with our team through email, or even through phone message or DMs. As part of streamlining booking for you and our staff, we're asking that everyone, new and returning folks, use this booking page.

We are asking that because life and emergencies happen, phones break, and it's important that we standardize our booking to prevent confusion or delays when things go wrong. Moving forward, we won't be accepting new bookings via phone or social media, even for returning hosts.

A couple of things to know: information from this form is not stored on our website. That means that if someone were to hack it, they wouldn't have access to that info.

On the other hand, because we don't store it, we can't "autofill" or give you a login to save info. It's a compromise. It will take a bit more time, but because hosts and renters may need to protect contact info, we think it's worth it.

Also, if you start to fill this out and realize you need to gather more info, you can use the SAVE AS DRAFT button at the bottom. It will give you a link to return to the form, and send you an email with that link to use later.

A final note -- you have probably seen our website hosting expectations and rental info page before. If you haven't, there are links at the bottom for you to review them. Please take a moment to do that. For fairness' sake, we expect all of our hosts, new and returning, to abide by them.

Requesting a DEI discount?I'm requesting consideration for a discounted rate.Transform1060 has a commitment to use 10% of gross revenue to provide discounted rentals to support historically excluded, marginalized, and underrepresented groups and individuals. While some groups may consider themselves marginalized within a larger social context, we cannot provide discounts to groups that are generally well-represented within queer leather and kink circles.
